The short version

We collect what we need to run the service. Your writing is yours. We do not sell it. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI. When you delete your account, we delete your data.

What we hold

• Your email address (for sign-in via magic link and account notices)
• Your writing — entries, examen logs, prayer requests, cycle reflections
• Your rule of life — practices, rhythms, sabbath day, personal notes
• Your settings — examen time, notification preferences, timezone
• Payment data via Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Account timestamps — created, last sign-in, last activity

What we don't hold

• Tracking pixels, third-party analytics, ad networks
• Device fingerprints
• Your contacts, calendar, photos, or location

Subprocessors

• Cloudflare hosts the application and database.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend sends transactional emails.
• Anthropic processes any feature that requires AI (e.g., quarterly synthesis). You can opt out in /settings; Anthropic retains nothing.

Your writing and AI

Your entries are never used to train any AI model. AI does not read your entries on its own. AI does not generate prayers, devotionals, or your reflections. The practice is yours to do.

Your rights

Export your archive (Markdown or JSON) any time. Delete any entry. Delete your account permanently. Backups age out within thirty days.
